2011 Season - Week 12

So we are now just days away from Trading Day 2 which is this Sunday at HQ starting at 3pm. If you want to trade but can’t get to HQ you can do so by email or phone. If I don’t hear from you I’ll assume you are happy with your team. Attached are the initial player salaries plus the sheet of new players who are also now available. As always we cut in worst to first order (all cuts by an owner in one go) then draft one player at a time in worst to first owner order until all rosters are full. The full order is Aaron, David S, John, George, Andy H, Marcus, Mark, Ron, Wayne, Dave G, AP, Daz, Johnnie, Cheryl, Craig and Chief. Remember if you cut a franchise player you have to pay him his salary until the end of the contract. Having cut Peyton at TD1 Aaron now faces the same issue as his other Franchise man Knowshon Moreno is on IR. David S has 3 players on his roster who are on IR, Nate Kaeding, Fred Jackson and Kenny Britt. Matt Schaub & Jahvid Best are on IR for Craig. BUMS on Seats Firstly a big thanks to Cheryl who cooked a Turduken for the BUMS Thanksgiving Day feast. On Thursday Phili travel to Seattle but we aren’t gathering for that. Following TD2 we will watch the Sky doubleheader of Cincinnati (7-4) @ Pittsburgh (8-3) followed by Green Bay (11-0) v NY Giants (6-5). The Sunday night Detroit (7-4) @ New Orleans (8-3) game will be viewed at H’s on Monday evening from 6.30pm and we will be at Johnnies from 6:30pm on Tuesday to watch Jacksonville (3-8) v San Diego (4-7) in a rather poor Monday Night Game.
